We ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any quires, please contact us via [email protected]. However, if you feel the product you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean or defective products. Returns made within 15 days upon receiving the shipment will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. Please include your order number so we can issue a refund as quickly as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Cancellation policy
We understand that ordering a wig for your appearance is an important undertaking, However, it is important to note that our wigs are custom-made, once production process begins, Labor Costs and Material Costs will be incurred. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a full refund.
2. Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours after payment: you will get a partial refund of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
3. Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment: you will get a partial refund of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
Once the item been delivered, the order can't be cancelled.
If you do not reply us to confirm your cancellation request within 5 days, we will cancel your order and offer the refund according to our cancellation policy.
If you really have a special circumstances need to cancel the order, please contact us by Email timely! We will calculate the cancellation time according to the time of the email is received.
Requesting a Return
Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:
Go to: www.wisg.ca > My Account > Return & Refund
In the form, provide us with an order ID. If you want a refund for a part of the order, please name the products you want a refund for.
To improve our products for users like yourself please prove further details.
Once you submit the support request you will receive an auto response from us. That just lets you know we’ve got your request.
Once we’ve had a chance to review your request we will be in touch confirming the refund has been processed.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping fee will not be refunded.
